This company was incorporated in 2004.Clinical problems are attended to by counsellors who are qualified at a Post graduate/Masters Clinical Psychology level. These Counsellors are also people with life experience and not simply People straight out of university or who have done no other job other than counselling. Better times provides clinical and online services.

Counsellors are also clinical therapists.
